What you are purchasing
FormEasy charges a service fee for access to self-help preparation tools, including structured questionnaires, informational guidance, supplemental PDF materials, and organizational checklists. This fee is separate from any government filing fees paid directly to USCIS or other agencies.
7-day refund window
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you may request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date, subject to verification and reasonable use limitations. Refunds are not guaranteed where services have been fully consumed or where abuse or chargeback fraud is suspected.
No responsibility for government outcomes
FormEasy does not control USCIS or any government decision. Fees paid to FormEasy do not purchase a government benefit, priority processing, or approval. Denials, delays, or requests for evidence are not grounds for a refund unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
